Contract pricing eligibility

I am currently on a 2-year plan (2-year cycle started in February 2014) with the rest of my family. I have an iPhone 4S that I purchased in February 2012, at the start of our previous 2-year cycle. I never upgraded the phone when our new two year cycle started. Can I upgrade now to the iPhone 6 at the '2-yearcontract price' or do I have to pay the 'off-contract' price? TIA
