iPhone 6 64GB issues

Everything seems to be working on the phone.....except for THE PHONE. I've power-cycled 3 times already (3-5 minutes each time) and no luck. I can hear other people but they can not hear me!

I can't call sprint customer service on my handset because it's the handset with the issues AND you won't be able to hear me anyway! Now your website has no chat or email (it's all self-serve) and none of the stores are open until the morning...

Please help me get this thing working!
