Un-friggin-believable!! Once again proving the thing that everyone here is so upset about.
I ordered online a little after 7am on September 12. I ordered a space gray 64GB iPhone 6+. They must be working their way backwards from last to first, so at least they are getting a little closer. Pathetic.
It makes you wonder how the orders were entered. It's even more frustrating when you've paid for the device and people on the easy pay plan are getting them first.

But see Sprint? This is why so many people are angry. Most of us are fine waiting, had it been a stock issue or you just didn't have the product yet, that is fine. But that's not the case.
See, that's one of the exact models I pre-ordered. This guy (glad for him!) was extremely late compared. He's got tracking on his, and I've heard nothing on mine. The person above this post, has just seen that another person ordered the exact model they did, but very late also.
So it's now a thoroughly demonstrated fact that you're shipping the items WAY out of order. Literally back to front. You need to acknowledge it, and you need to resolve it. Immediately. There is absolutely no excuse for people who ordered hours or in some cases, days later, to have their item when the very first people in line haven't gotten anything but a 4-6 week standard bullshit status.
I went ahead and canceled the order. Even doing that was a hassle. They initially tried to claim that I couldn't because the "order" was at the warehouse. I explained that there was no UPS tracking and the order had not yet shipped, that I should have received it on the 19th and instead am still waiting. I got sent up to someone else who was able to cancel the order. Took about 30 minutes. They tried to talk me out of it, and actually tried to claim that I would have the order in a couple days. Ha! No one there knows when an order is going to ship. That's the problem!
I'm now a free agent. It feels good to be free.
I didn't order my phone until 09/19 just before noon and I received tracking information yesterday and my phone was delivered today... It gave me the message 4 to 6 weeks when I ordered and I was fully prepared to wait until then but luckily I didn't have to!! Good luck to everyone still waiting on tracking number and phones...
I talked to support order specialists this morning, they looked and said my phone hadn't shipped. A few hours later I got the tracking number. A lot of people have gotten tracking today.. hope you didn't bail too early, as they are flowing again today anyway.
