I am new to Sprint, I bought an Iphone 6 which was delayed 7 weeks. I have used Sprint's Auto pay feature since I made the purchase. When I log in to view my account, it indicates that I have a past due balance and that they may terminate or disconnect my service, with a nice warning flag and in red letters. Based on the contract that I entered into, I am not past due and have paid everything requested, on time. Why would you treat your new customers this way?
I have a -726.48 balance from iPhones insent into buyback program and got this message too ... O and I waited 10 weeks for my phone so safe to say the treat all there "new" costomers like this
