I will absolutely NEVER use anything Sprint related again. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. In fact anyone I know that has it or thinks about getting it I will try to talk them out of it. I canceled my service months ago and paid off the bill I owed. They re-activated it witthout my consent and now (after telling me they see it has not been used in months) are making me pay for the bill! Every person I have talked to in their coporation has either been rude or completely ignorant or both! One person will tell me one thing then the next person will say that's not true and tell me something else and it has been a viscious circle. I am promised action taken or somebody to call me within 24-48 hours MULTIPLE times and it never happend. I had to call back or it would be days to a week I had to call back or email myself. What is a hundred and something dollars to a major corporation like this? ESPECIALLY when they see and told me that I have not used the service (since i asked to cancel). I am a single mom with two babies. This is outrageous. They do not in the SLIGHTEST stand behind providing the best customer service or taking care of their customers. For being a multi-billion dollar company you would think they could afford people with some better customer service tact AND some TRAINING.
