Well we have been playing "Private message tag" and I chatted with 3 departments (I kept getting handed off...(JessicaS, Ken, and Liz) on saturday, and the "Sprint Escalation Dept." were going to call me back, to set me up with some deal on two V20's... and that never happened... I don't know what is going on at Sprint?

For the FIRST time in 11 years, I am disappointed with Sprint, my wife’s phone started giving her fits yesterday… I have been a Nextel/Sprint customer since 2005, have always kept my account in good standing…The last time I really dealt with them was December 2012, My father passed away and I needed to cancel the 3rd line on my account…They were super nice and cancelled his Nextel phone, and at the same time we (wife and I) upgraded to our first smart phones, Photon Q 4G LTE (Nextel was going away anyway), which we have loved to death (We had Sprint/Motorola give us a new one due to the fact one was lost at their facility for repair, AND I have replaced a couple out of pocket due to breakage)… But ANYWAY, I called yesterday because I really like the LG V20 and they have a Buy-One-Get-One deal going on, but I was informed by a very rude agent: “That Deal is ONLY for 2 new lines or 1 Upgrade and 1 new line!” I responded, OK, so what can you do for me, a good customer of 11 years? “NOTHING!” Upset and astonished I just hung up. I can understand they are trying to “Win NEW people over” with deals, but the sad thing is… There are 2-3 OTHER carriers in my area with the exact same deal and I could jump ship from Sprint… I am not under contract and haven’t been for 2 years, we are both “eligible for upgrades”, not that means Jack Squat to Sprint these days. I should tell them to shove it and go to a carrier that ACTUALLY WANTS my business, and is even willing to essentially GIVE me an $800 phone… But I am hoping that this post will get someone’s attention in the loyal customer department… (Looking to upgrade to TWO new LG V20’s on payments and buy phone insurance, I just thought Sprint would like to offer me some sort of incentive keep me as a customer!)
