I appreciate that the issue has been resolved, but I don't quite think you grasp my frustration with the events. Please don't think this is anything personal, I know you are just doing your job to the best of your ability. However- My job absolutely had to be able to get in contact with me. This outage effectivly put my job, thus my livlihood, including my ability to pay the 80/month bill with your company on the line. I had to go purchase a pre-paid phone to have "Just in case", because of this issue. That's another 40$, just to use, because the service that I have been paying for for nearly two years (thank God my contract is almost up) wasn't working. Will I be reimbursed for the money I had to spend on top of the bill I already have to pay in order to have phone servce? No, I know I won't be, because in the end companies really don't give a damn about their customers nor the quality of their service. What they give a damn about is getting that 80, taken directly from my account, once a month. The advertising campaign, "Truly Unlimited Everything", sounds fantastic but the truth of it is, "Truly Unlimited Everything, sometimes."

I haven't been able to send/recieve texts all day, I keep getting the 'network not responding' message. Usually when this happens I just wait ten minutes and it works- but today it hasn't worked AT ALL. Also, when attempting to make calls I recieved the 'network busy' notification. This is very, very, VERY frustrating as there have been some emergencies with my work place. Cross streets are Alameda and Sable, but the outage spreads as far as Mexico and Havanna, Dartmouth and Havannah, and Chambers and Mississippi as far as I can tell from my friends' testimonies.
